Lessons the Hard Way

Ahhh yes! The good ol' "we told you so". Unfortunately, Cody did not heed our warning and tossed his keys to another student so he could move Cody's truck. Sadly, the kid who "moved" the truck did not know how to drive a stick shift and is only 15 years old to boot. One of those expensive lessons learned the hard way; It probably won't be the last. Cody and the other kid settled it like adults and agreed both were at fault and they should split the $1600 cost. Hopefully the other guy sticks to it and coughs up his share when the bill comes in. Thankfully no one was hurt and the damage suffered by the green house (through which the truck went) was pretty well repaired by the two boys before the end of the day.
